Youth & Community Engagement Officers

19 hours per week – 12 months fixed term

Are you an enthusiastic, dynamic individual looking for a new challenge and to be an integral part of a new, exciting organisation.

Gorse Hill Studios is seeking exceptional individuals to deliver a range of innovative youth arts engagement programmes and activities to young people. The roles will also be to support young people to re-engage into learning and employment opportunities through alternative creative education programmes.

The successful candidates will be qualified or experienced practitioners who are dynamic professionals, skilled at building strong relationships with young people, stakeholders and a wide range of fellow professionals. The roles require an adaptable, flexible approach, both to deliver diverse creative projects and work around the timetabled programmed hours.
